Some Helpful & Important Info for Review
ALL clients must read and agree to grooming policies prior to their appointment.
We are by appointment only, all same day appointments will be subject to a same day appointment fee due to the time constraints adding additional cats will cause. Canceling or rescheduling as well as no-shows require a minimum of 48 hours notice or will be subject to a $65 per cat fee. Holiday months of Nov and Dec fee increases to $85 per cat.
These fees will be due upon receipt and need to be paid before another appointment will be scheduled.
NOT confirming an appointment does not count as canceling an appointment, all appointments MUST be canceled within 24 hours either via email, phone or text message.
Bring cat in the carrier, to help with this take your carrier out 24-48 hours before his/her appointment so that they will become accustomed to it being out and will not run and hide as soon as it is taken out leaving you searching for your cat just before his/her appointment.
All cats will be assessed for determining temperament and grooming tolerance, we will then advise you on what services we feel will be best for your cat based on our evaluation. Special handling fees may apply for senior or aggressive cats.
Parasite fees will apply to any cats who have fleas or ticks. Dis-insecting fees may apply to prevent cross contamination to our other clients.
Cleaning fee’s if during grooming it is discovered that your cat has ringworm the grooming session will immediately end, you will be notified and you will be required to pick your cat up. Your cat will require a minimum of 2 clear ringworm evaluations by a veterinarian before they will be allowed back for grooming.
Do not bring your cats with collars, please take them off prior to their appointment.
Dirty crate fees will apply if your cat arrives in a dirty crate, we do not want to put a clean cat back in a dirty crate.
De-Matting and/or De-Pelting: Matting and Pelting are completely different conditions so these fees are assessed separately from one another. On occasion dematting fees may apply even when depelting a cat because there is typically matting on the head, legs and tail that need to be removed so there would be 2 separate fees. Dematting fees may also apply when doing a lion clip because clipping through matted fur dull’s our blades and shortens their life so our equipment has to be replaced more often when sharing matted and or pelted cats.
We will only perform this service once at the standard rate, if the cat comes in a second time with sever matting or pelting again these fees will be doubled because mats and pelts are very painful as well as 100% preventable with maintenance grooming on a regular schedule. Continuously performing dematting/depelting is cruel and inhumane any cats who become matted/pelted after the second visit will be referred to a veterinarian for services.
ALL cats must have current rabies vaccinations with an image vie text to 757-508-2277 sent prior to the appointment if possible. NO PDF’s please, PNG or JPG format only.
